Project description

My project focuses on the recycling and reuse of continuous carbon fibre extracted from filament-wound components fabricated with Elium® resin. The objective is to investigate a range of recycling techniques and evaluate their influence on the mechanical properties of the recovered material. The performance of the recycled composite will be assessed through advanced damage simulations and validated by experimental testing.
