Project description
The main focus of my project is the maximization of the re-use potential of recycled carbon fibres in aligned discontinuous fibre-reinforced composites.
The goal is to build a validated model that can predict the tensile behavior and the optimal microstructure of aligned discontinuous fibre-reinforced composites to guide the manufacturing process and improve the alignment of the fibres.
